The Board of Directors at Brook + Whittle has officially announced the completion of a planned leadership transition. On January 12, Brook + Whittle announced Carl Will as the new chief executive officer. Mark Pollard will remain with the company through a transition period.

The Board has expressed its sincere appreciation to Pollard for his leadership and service during his tenure.

During his time as CEO, Pollard guided the company through the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, led numerous strategic acquisitions, and successfully completed a major refinancing. 

Meanwhile, HP and ePac have announced the signing of a large-scale commercial agreement that deepens their long-standing strategic relationship. The total value of the engagement, including equipment, consumables, and service over three years, is estimated at $50 million. 

The agreement was signed during a flagship visit of ePac’s executive team to Israel, marking a decade of strategic collaboration between the companies. This collaboration has driven a significant transformation in the global flexible packaging industry.
